RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the carrier delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

** Items purchased with a discount code or on sale are final sale. **  

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders  
  • Shipping costs 
  • Sale items 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • This includes items purchased with discount codes.   
  • All shipments are tracked and we are not responsible for lost or discarded packages.

Rentals: Deposit is refundable up to a week after checkout, for a maximum of a week before the wear date.

Custom rentals: Deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once order has been processed.

Custom Design Purchases: No refund, no exchange and no cancellations are available at no point once the order has been placed.

Expedited or international shipping is not refundable and return shipping is at the charge of the customer. 

Pieces bought with a coupon code or credit cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise stated. 

Sales pieces are final sale.
